Jeff was born on August 12, 1956 and passed away in July 2013.
Jeff was a resident of Zephyrhills, Florida at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his wife Tracie.
Family will be receiving guests at their home 33907 Coddle Ct., Wesley Chapel, FL 33543 on Sunday, July 7, 2013 at 1:00PM for a celebration of Jeff's life.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be sent in Jeff's honor to his family to help cover expenses.
